The Famous Tupperware Warranty
All of our products carry a warranty on them. If your Tupperware cracks, chips, peels or breaks, contact me for a free replacement. Learn what is covered by our warranty on this page, and read our full warranty policy in normal size print. Make sure to take a look at our Warranty Identification Guide at the bottom of this page so you know how to identify warranty damage. Note: We are unable to warranty lost pieces. In order to warranty a product, I'm required to send the damaged piece in. If you've lost a piece, you may be able to order just the missing piece depending on availability. Product Warranty

Our Return Policy: We want you to be delighted with every Tupperware® product you purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase of Tupperware® products, you can return the items purchased within 30 days of delivery. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, less any shipping fees, in the original method of payment. To make a return, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-366-3800.
Product Warranties: All Tupperware® products carry either a Full Lifetime Warranty or a Quality Guarantee, which is our way of saying that we stand behind every product we sell. For over 50 years, our Full Lifetime Warranty has provided our customers with the knowledge that Tupperware® brand products are the finest products available. Our Quality Guarantee provides our customers with the additional assurance that any product sold by Tupperware will meet standards for quality and superiority.
Full Lifetime Warranty: Tupperware® products are guaranteed by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Please call Customer Care toll-free at 1(800) 366-3800 or your Tupperware Consultant for free replacement. If, due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made, comparable product replacement will be made, or credit toward future purchases of Tupperware® products will be given. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Warranty replacement parts or items will be subject to shipping and handling charges.
Quality Guarantee: Products designated with the symbol are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, contact Customer Care at 1(800) 366-3800 within 1 year for a free replacement. If, due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made, we will credit the full purchase price amount toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products, or refund the full purchase price, whichever you prefer. Warranty replacement parts or items will be subject to shipping and handling charges.

Please note, cuts or scratching from knives or other sharp objects, chewing, and melting of products are not covered by warranty. However, if this damage appears on your Tupperware along with warranty covered damage, it is still covered by our warranty.
Non-Warranty Tupperware Replacement
There are some cases where you may want to replace an item that isn't covered by our warranty. For example, the most common need for replacements is for lost seals. Instead of having to replace the entire bowl to get the seal, we can just order the part you need. This service is subject to product availability. I will do my best to find the right piece to fit your needs.
To order a replacement part, we'll need the mold number for the piece you would like to order, or from the piece that goes with it (for example that bowl you have that you need the seal for).
How to Locate the Mold Number on Your Tupperware:
| Every Tupperware® brand product has a two-part number stamped into it., usually on the bottom or around the edges. The first part (before the dash) is the mold number. If you are unable to locate this number, I'll be happy to help you find it. | ![]() |
